ScanExpress Runner Gang Edition is a software solution for high-speed and high-volume boundary-scan production testing and In-System Programming (ISP) of CPLDs and Flash devices. It enables the testing and programming of multiple boards simultaneously using a single PC. The software provides a run-time environment for executing boundary-scan tests and performing ISP in a pre-planned order.
